Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers in loading their purchases into their vehicles• Collect customer signatures for load out tickets• Perform load outs for customers, ensuring safe loading• Adhere to the Outdoor Merchandising Guide to maintain consistent outside presentation• Ensure accurate pricing of products• Keep parking lot and designated areas clean• Zone outside merchandising spaces• Use standard office equipment and retail equipment• Participate in cross-training for flexibility• Provide internal and external support to others
Requirements
• Ability to be engaging with the team in a fast-paced setting• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Ability to actively listen and make sound decisions• High level of adaptability to changing priorities• Ability to operate independently• Physical abilities such as standing, lifting, and using equipment
