Outside Recovery Associate

Job summary
The Outside Recovery Associate is responsible for managing projects in the outdoor merchandising area and assisting customers in loading their purchases.They also handle pricing and zoning of outdoor merchandise, unloading delivery trucks, and maintaining the store's exterior presentation.The role requires exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
• Assist customers in loading their purchases into their vehicles.• Collect customer signatures for load out tickets to confirm successful transactions.• Perform load outs for customers, ensuring safe loading.• Maintain consistent outside presentation of the store.• Ensure accurate pricing of products.• Keep the parking lot and designated areas clean and well-maintained.• Zone outside merchandising spaces to maintain an orderly display.• Operate standard office equipment and retail equipment.• Participate in cross-training for flexibility.• Provide friendly and professional support to others.
Requirements
• Ability to be engaging and adaptable in a fast-paced setting.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions.• High level of adaptability and ability to work independently.• Proficiency in using in-store computer systems and scanning technology.• Physical ability to stand, lift, and use a ladder or forklift.• Close vision for computer-related activities.
