Outside Golf Services Lead Attendant
Country Club in Vancouver, Washington is looking for an Outside Golf Services Lead Attendant.
Position Overview:
This is a supervisory role. You will be the first and last point of contact for our members and guests, where positive impressions are an absolute necessity. You'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment while displaying a professional image and delivering outstanding service.
Essential Responsibilities:
•Greet all members and guests sincerely.
•Prepare, operate, and maintain the golf cart fleet.
•Set up, monitor, and close down the practice facilities.
•Prepare members' golf clubs and push carts for the day's play.
•Provide services after play (clean clubs, store bags and carts, etc.)
•Assist in set-up and execution of events.
•Complete member requests as needed.
•Keep all work areas clean and organized.
•Complete tasks as requested by the Golf Professional staff.
•Must be able to stand for long periods and lift full golf bags.
•Develop and maintain monthly staff schedule.
•Train and hire staff.
Requirements:
Prior golf operations experience is preferred.
Compensation:
$17 – $20 per hour.
