Responsibilities
• Oversees and develops all members of the Outside Broker Account Team.• Oversees Outside Broker Account Team Meetings.• Conducts one-on-ones with each team member.• Develops, implements, and trains on processes for the Outside Broker Account team and new hires to be successful in their duties.• Monitors Workflow for team as clients onboard and go through renewal.• Works with Manager to evaluate client load among team members and adjust as needed.• Assists with escalations of team, client and broker concerns that may arise and work through resolution.• Responds to employee inquiries regarding coverage and addresses these issues with carriers.• Oversees Outside Broker Account Manager onboarding and renewals.• Maintains a small client load of Outside Broker Accounts and manages as an Outside Broker Account Manager.• Manages, maintains and develops relationships with G&A Broker Partners to sustain long term relationships, referrals and growth.
Requirements
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required. An associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Equivalent training/experience will be considered• Two years related experience and/or training required.• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.• Must have ability to communicate effectively with all levels.• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.• Prior HRP/Prism knowledge is a plus.• Life and health licensure a plus.
