Outpatient Rn Services Manager

Vital DiagnosTech is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Outpatient RN Services Manager. As the Outpatient RN Services Manager, you will provide leadership and oversight to our outpatient nursing services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and promoting a positive and efficient environment for our nursing staff.
Responsibilities Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols for outpatient nursing services Lead and manage a team of outpatient nurses, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and professional development Oversee the delivery of patient care, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices Develop and monitor productivity targets and ensure efficient utilization of resources Collaborate with other departments and healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated patient care Participate in quality improvement initiatives and monitor key performance indicators Maintain budgetary oversight and resource allocation for outpatient nursing services Stay updated on current healthcare trends, regulations, and evidence-based practices in outpatient nursing Promote a culture of safety, professionalism, and excellence among the nursing staff Requirements Valid RN license in the state Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in oncology nursing Minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership or management role ONS certification Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in outpatient nursing Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively lead and motivate a diverse nursing team Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement strategies for improvement Experience with budget management and resource allocation Commitment to quality patient care and a patient-centered approach Benefits Salary: $110,000 - $115,000 Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)
