Responsibilities
• Coordinate and perform daily activities to maintain and improve healthcare quality• Conduct medical record reviews to identify opportunities for system and process improvements• Support Good Shepherd Medical Group Practice Managers in quality improvement activities• Focus on quality measures and programs such as MIPS, Medicaid, and EOCCO clinical quality measures• Provide education to providers and staff• Produce reports addressing variances and data trends for review by physicians and leadership• Coordinate performance improvement projects and standardize processes• Assist in customer experience activities such as complaints and service excellence responsibilities
Requirements
• Minimum of associate degree in nursing• Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field desired• Previous quality/process improvement experience• Current Oregon RN license• Two years experience in an outpatient clinic setting• Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) desired• Understanding of basic functions of a computer network• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications• Excellent telephone etiquette, communication, and customer service skills• Fax machine and copier experience
