Position Overview:
We are currently seeking fully licensed therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) who are in the early stages of their careers and are eager to embark on a unique employment journey that fosters creativity and growth. This role, classified at our part-time Pay Level 3, offers an opportunity for licensed clinicians with less than 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience. Candidates must possess full/unrestricted clinical licensure by June 2024, valid to practice in Colorado.

Who We're Looking For:

Responsibilities:
Conduct in-person and telehealth therapy sessions, tailoring interventions to meet clients' needs.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to company policies and protocols.
Engage in professional development activities and attend team meetings and trainings.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution.
Full/unrestricted clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Colorado.
Experience with psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.
Proficiency in technology including Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Record systems.
Ability to maintain HIPAA-compliant standards, including a professional home office setup for telehealth.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of therapy services, community resources, and insurance billing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Existing credentials with insurance panels.
A sense of humor and a passion for making a difference in people's lives.
