Outbound Loss Prevention Representative (Collections) Location Albuquerque, NM (Alameda N Valley area) : US Eagle Federal Credit Union is a local not-for-profit, very for-people place. As an Outbound Loss Prevention Rep, you'll help to improve the financial well-being of each member you serve by: Contributing to the credit union's objectives by conducting outbound calls aimed at lowering member loan delinquency. Display understanding of the credit union's loan payment procedures. Be able to provide information to members regarding their loan payments and delinquency. Provide excellent internal and external member service via multi-channel requests focusing on first contact resolution. Identify member needs, clarify information and provide solutions and/or alternatives by escalating to the appropriate Collector when necessary. Fulfill requests by clarifying desired information, completing transactions and forwarding requests. Other job duties as assigned by management. Experience: One month to twelve months of similar or related experience.
Education: A high school education or GED. Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Windows environment and Microsoft productivity software.
Schedule: Part-time, 20 - 25 hours per week depending on volume; Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 2:00 pm.
