Position Summary:
As a Communication Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing email and mobile messaging projects. Working closely with various teams, including Campaign Management and Digital Communications, you will ensure personalized and dynamic content reaches our audience effectively.
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on experience in outbound email marketing.
Proficiency in email, push notifications, and SMS/MMS, including knowledge of regulations.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Experience with Adobe Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Desired Experience:
Previous experience with complex email campaigns.
Familiarity with marketing cloud solutions, such as Salesforce.
Experience in digital communications within a multi-channel retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute day-to-day email marketing activities, including testing and performance measurement.
Collaborate with Digital Communications Manager to schedule and develop mobile messaging campaigns.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure proper targeting and audience validation.
Act as a resource for campaign managers and creative services to optimize processes.
Evaluate the effectiveness of digital communications using data and insights.
Champion innovative ideas to stay ahead in the digital communications landscape.

Salary Range: $55,668.39 - $100,000.00 per year
