Join our dynamic Member Engagement team and be a part of a mission-driven organization focused on improving individual lives and making significant health impacts across communities. In this role, you will engage with members of various health plans via telephone, informing them about the benefits of our health services and scheduling free in-home or virtual health evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct an average of 50 outbound calls per hour using an automatic dialing system to inform and schedule free health evaluations.
Adhere to over 20 approved scripts, ensuring clarity and comfort for members, and handle objections with persuasive professionalism.
Maintain a positive, professional demeanor with clients, health plan members, and colleagues, exuding energy and enthusiasm in interactions.
Achieve daily operational goals including call volume, appointment setting, adherence to schedule and quality standards in a remote setting.
Manage appointment logistics, including adjustments and cancellations for both members and contracted providers.
Monitor and report on performance metrics such as appointments, call duration, and productivity.
Immediately escalate member complaints or issues to management.
Engage in peer coaching and continual learning to enhance skills.
Comply with HIPAA and other privacy regulations during all member interactions.
Who We Are Looking For:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
At least 1 year of call center experience or 2+ years in a related field.
Experience in outbound call centers or environments with high call volumes using auto-dialers and scripts is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Strong ability to commit to a fixed daily schedule.
Proficient in multitasking with various systems during customer calls.
Fluent in English with strong verbal skills.
Work From Home Requirements:
Reliable internet service with at least 10MB upload/download capability.
You will be provided with all necessary equipment (computer, headset, monitor, etc.), but must have a suitable workspace and furniture.

Successful completion of a background check is required to ensure eligibility.
