Responsibilities
• Primarily manage general/comprehensive otolaryngology patients• Work alongside fellowship trained surgeons with sub-specialized practices• Replace a retiring colleague and take over a thriving practice• Provide operative work covering a wide range of otolaryngologic pathology• Develop their own niche within the practice• Potentially manage sub-specialized otolaryngology patients• Opportunity for academic involvement with universities• Opportunity for partnership and ASC/real estate ownership• Provide high-quality care to patients in Eastern Washington• Participate in a multispecialty group
Requirements
• Must be a comprehensive otolaryngologist• Fellowship trained otolaryngologists interested in sub-specialized practice are welcome• Experienced general otolaryngologists and recent residency/fellowship graduates can apply• Provide a CV for application• Possess excellent clinical and surgical skills• Possess or be eligible for a Washington state medical license• Possess or be eligible for board certification in otolaryngology• Desire to provide compassionate care to all patients• Interest in academic involvement with universities• Strong communication and teamwork skills
