Orthoindy Director Of Teen Programs

Gift Officers will use gift and data analysis to build solicitation and stewardship strategies for an individual portfolio of 125-150 donors. Each Gift Officer will participate in identification and qualification of prospects in conjunction with Development Committee and Board Members. Then, implement strategies to reach individual and organizational fundraising targets. Gift Officer work is a collaborative effort toward an annual, collective contributed revenue goal - annual fund, endowment and special fundraising projects. Gift Officers provide key support and expertise to the Executive leadership.

Experience/Education/Certification Requirements/Requisite Computer Skills:

At least three years experience working with individual donors/major gifts

College degree preferred

Excellent written and verbal communications skills as well as strong interpersonal skills

Experience working with fundraising database (Blackbaud Raiser's Edge a plus)

Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
