Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first The Original Medicare ('OM') Growth Strategy Advancement Lead will design and implement the new patient growth strategy for the new Original Medicare line-of-business, with a focus on grassroots patient activation.
The OM Growth Strategy Advancement Lead will help develop and implement effective growth strategies specifically targeting the Original Medicare population. You will provide data driven expertise and reporting, and complete field visits to design and implement new growth tactics. The OM Growth Strategy Advancement Lead will collaborate with key business leaders across all markets, and work cross-functionally with partners to implement effective, strategic, and competitive Original Medicare growth strategy. You will advise market leaders in developing functional strategies on company-wide growth and retention initiatives while exercising independent judgement and decision making on complex issues. You will have creative freedom to think outside of the box to find new growth opportunities.
Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications + Bachelor's Degree
+ 6 or more years of experience
+ 4 or more years of project leadership experience
+ Growth, sales, or strategy experience within healthcare sector
+ Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft product suite
+ Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
+ Ability to travel up to 20% of the work week
Preferred Qualifications + Familiarity with different Medicare products and consumers
+ Experience with value-based care organizations

Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$102,200 – $140,700 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
