About the Role Join us as an Organizational Development Specialist and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization. This role is designed for those who are passionate about facilitating transformative learning experiences and driving leadership development. You'll be instrumental in enhancing individual, team, and organizational performance, aligning with our vision and annual goals.
Collaboration and Impact You'll work hand-in-hand with our Center for Learning & Innovation (CFLI), Human Resources (HR), and system-wide subject matter experts. Together, we'll develop and administer leadership development initiatives tailored to meet our strategic needs.
Key Responsibilities
Research, create, and evaluate leadership training programs, identifying skill gaps and developing new learning programs to bridge these gaps.
Monitor and assess the success of learning initiatives, refining or restructuring programs as needed.
Collaborate with departmental leadership and SMEs to facilitate various types of training.
Design and develop instructional plans for e-Learning leadership programs.
Work with Instructional Designers to create engaging learning activities and compelling course content.
Support LMS Administration of leader training programs.
Coordinate communications through Marketing and Business Development leaders.
Assist with coaching, mentoring, and succession planning activities.
Conduct needs assessments to evaluate current skills against business objectives and develop programs to close gaps.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Human Resource
Management/Development ; Leadership Development; I/O Psychology; Clinical; Organizational Effectiveness) or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in areas such as organizational development, employee engagement, leadership development, marketing and design, training program development, training delivery, curriculum design or related field. Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
Proven success in managing multiple projects at once, excellent organization, project management, and time management skills.
Strong learning orientation, growth mindset, and the ability to adapt to changes in the environment.
Excellent critical thinking and data analysis skills, including establishing and tracking key metrics to determine overall effectiveness.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, written, and verbal communication skills.
