Order Entry & Data Processing Associate

The Order Entry and Data Processing Associate is a key member of the Badger State Western, Inc. team and is accountable for supporting the operations workflow.Responsibilities:Record orders by scanning rate confirmations and other related documents into the order records.Apply customer tariffs and tariffs to orders for initial rating.Generate customer accounts, including distributing customer packet containing a credit application and ACH payment information. The packet must be approved by the Controller before it is accepted.Assist in the brokerage administrative tasks, such as creating carriers, completing carrier packets, and properly archiving all documents and data visualizations.Liaise with customers to validate order instructions.Help operations, dispatchers, and CSRs with orders to guarantee accuracy in information and documentation.Support the brokerage to ensure all carrier-related documents and information are maintained and up to date.Qualifications:Possess a High School Diploma, GED, or an acceptable equivalentDemonstrate at least two years of experience in a similar rolePreference for applicants with existing book of businessMicrosoft Office Suites proficiencyHighly desirable to have knowledge of McLeod SoftwareValid Driver's LicenseAbout Company:At Badger State Western, we're not just a company; we're a tight-knit community of professionals dedicated to growth and excellence.
