Job description: Supporting OTL and Payroll Modules along with the CEMLIs including inbound/outbound interfaces to third party systems requiring the following knowledge:
- Extensive knowledge of the functionality and table structures of Oracle Applications
- Collaborates with customers to ascertain system specifications and business/technical requirements to create spec documents that meet their needs
- Familiarity with OTLR earning policies, shift differentials, rotations plan etc
.- Knowledge of Oracle patch analysis and Updates for statutory requirements
- Expertise in Payroll processes.
- Experience with personalization/customization and utilizing Oracle APIs and creating webADI integrators
- Experience opening, managing, and resolving Oracle SRs with Oracle Support- Understanding of multiple business groups and the impact throughout OTL and Payroll Processes
- Understanding change management process
- Troubleshooting production issues while critically thinking in pressure situations.
- Working with the HRIS management team to understand priorities and meet deadlines and goals.
- Provide support to Business users as needed to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Identify and use latest technology to provide solutions that meet the needs of our customers in the most cost-effective way
- Experience with Scrum and Agile methodology is a plus
- Experience in ADP payroll is a plus
