Responsibilities:
Provide first-line technical support to end-users on Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of EBS functional issues, including configuration, navigation, and data entry problems.
Analyze user issues, diagnose root causes, and provide clear and concise solutions.
Research knowledge base articles, documentation, and other resources to find solutions to user problems.
Document and track all support interactions, including issue resolution steps.
Escalate complex issues to development or other specialists as needed.
Maintain a strong understanding of current Oracle EBS releases and functionalities.
Stay up-to-date on new features and functionality through ongoing training and knowledge sharing.
Collaborate effectively with other IT team members, including developers, system administrators, and business analysts.
Provide excellent customer service to all end-users.
