13 weeks | Days | 8-hour shift | 40 hours with 32 hours guaranteed weekly The Estimated Weekly Total is based on working the listed hours per week and includes available stipend amounts. SNF Experience preferred Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration: Must have a current and unencumbered License to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of OR EMR System: Experience preferred
