Full job description Laser Tracker/CMM Operator Job Title: CMM Programmer/Operator
Job Location: Onsite in Rockford, IL
Job Salary: Up to $38/hour + OT (negotiable for exceptional candidates)
Requirements: 2+ yrs of CMM/laser tracker operator/programming + Mechanical skills

Verify conformity of manufactured and purchased parts to engineering specs using a Laser Tracker, including: Mark parts for machining as per routing Provide inspection data for adjustments Ensure subassemblies meet accuracy specs Program Laser Tracker from drawings and CAD Generate inspection reports and process Defective Work Tickets
What You Need for this Position
2+ yrs of CMM/laser tracker operator/programming, in addition to: Leica, FARO or similar lasers Quality Assurance SpatialAnalyzer inspection software Blueprint reading GD&T understanding Microsoft Excel This position also requires physical labor including the ability to walk, sit, stand and crouch up to 8 hours a day and lift up to 50 lbs.
