Job Description
This is an operator level position on the manufacturing floor. Reports to Production Supervisor.
N2 Shifts- 6pm - 6:30am, Fri.- Sun. every other Thurs

Required Screens:
Basic Background
SLC Medical screens
Drug Test:
12 panel w/ Fentanyl
Medical Test:
Routine post offer exam including the following: (remove for office only personnel)
A) Vision Screen - Near, Far, Color, Depth and Peripheral
B) Vital Signs
C) Urine Dip Analysis
D) Whisper Test
Audiogram & Noise and Hearing Questionnaire (remove for office or lab personnel)
Lifting Assessment
Spirometry & OSHA Respirator Questionnaire (remove for office or lab personnel)
Day-to-day roles and responsibilities of the assignment:
Under close supervision, responsible for performing basic operating tasks, such as cleaning, equipment
storage, raw material handling and defect inspection of product.
Ability to operate manufacturing equipment.
Position requirements: High School diploma or equivalent, and minimum of zero (0) to one (1) year
experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals, cosmetics or food industry; or an equivalent combination of
education and experience.
Physical Requirements of position: Incumbents in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting,
standing, walking, pushing and pulling, stooping and crouching climbing and walking, vision to monitor,
occasional lifting of equipment or materials weighing 25-35 pounds.
