Operations Support Specialist Ii

The Accounting Analyst reports directly to the Team Leader, Manager or Director, depending upon the organizational structure. These positions are non-exempt.
Expectations: Accounting analysts are expected to take a proactive role in supporting PCI. The Accounting Analyst is expected to build a high level of trust with internal and client personnel This trust is developed through consistently upholding PCI Values and demonstrating Honesty, Integrity, Pride, Accountability, Teamwork, and Commitment.
Responsibilities/ Assignments: Accounting Analyst I
Project setup in Astea and P21 PO creation for third party vendors for service and parts PO receiving when the vendor invoice has come in and enter in Astea as material Create new Service Orders in Astea for employees quarterly Timesheet reconciliation Creation of requisition forms for internal purchases Accounting Analyst II (in addition to above)
Sales Order Invoicing in both P21 and Astea Run Unbilled Project Reports,(UPRs) ICRs, and Project Summaries for manager review UPS billing project assignation and expense reconciliation Training of team members Project Bill Rate and associate activity rate reviews Assist with troublesome AR collection issues EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
