Responsibilities
• Evaluate statistical data and prepare reports on program effectiveness• Apply organizational change management techniques• Oversee development of new methods, policies, and procedures• Establish goals, priorities, and objectives• Coordinate special meetings, workshops, and conferences• Plan and develop programs and projects• Serve as a liaison and division contact• Provide technical training and support to employees• Perform other job responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline• 5 years' experience in staff administration, business analysis, or project/program administration• Valid driver's license• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline, supervisory experience, operational change management• Extensive knowledge of applicable analysis methodologies, statistical analysis methodologies, and governmental laws, rules, and regulations• Considerable knowledge of communication strategies, persuasion and negotiation, program/project planning and management• Expert skill in establishing plans and setting objectives, directing and establishing objectives, developing and implementing policies and procedures• Proficient skill in speaking and communicating complex ideas, leading and monitoring the work of others, organizing work assignments• Ability to show integrity and ethical behavior, support quality management activities, exercise logic and reasoning
