About the Role
As an Operations Support Admin within the Asset Services team, you'll be instrumental in providing operational support for both Alternative and Traditional Asset divisions. This role is vital for managing electronic and physical correspondence related to assets, supporting our Transfers and Asset Services teams, and ensuring seamless operational workflows.
Responsibilities:
Manage, sort, and distribute electronic and physical mail including purchase confirmations, sponsor statements, and more.
Utilize firm data archival for scanning and organizing documents.
Execute mail merges, prepare and dispatch client and sponsor correspondence.
Support the re-registration process through deed preparation and eRecording.
Aid in the management of custodian follow-ups and transfer documentation.
Liaise with internal departments, external sponsors, and clients to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Uphold our commitment to high service levels and accuracy in all processing tasks.
Undertake additional responsibilities as required.
