We are hiring an Operations Specialist for our growing team!  The Operations Specialist is a vital member of the corporate office component of the system of care. The Operations Specialist is responsible for creating a safe and healthy environment for person served/clients and staff. 
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Operations Manager in scheduling appointments and meetings. Provide general administrative support for Operations Manager and Senior Vice President of Operations. Scheduling of fleet pull in Louisa/Ashland area Data tracking and reporting  Monthly Board Report Weekly Impact Report  Tracking of purchase orders  Data Census Dashboard Weekly Report   Tracking and reporting of overtime hours Taking minutes during Operations Team Meetings  Other job duties as assigned Key Experience and Education Needed:
High School Diploma or GED Administrative Experience Appropriate State and Federal Clearances  Other Qualifications to be Considered:
Knowledge of Federal, State and Municipal laws and/or regulations that regulate the treatment of alcoholism and drug addiction Knowledge and competency in problem solving, stress management, professional ethics and team building. Flexibility to adapt to schedule changes and assumption of responsibilities not delineated in the job description which are related to work being completed. Attention to detail Be well organized Ability to prioritize work- and work-related responsibilities. Ability to interact with staff in a professional manner. Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
