Senior Processing Administrator, Dealer Financial Services As a Senior Processing Administrator, you will be responsible for processing accounts receivable transactions for dealer wholesale receivables. This includes applying various payment types in addition to available discounts in accordance with AGCO published policy and programs. Communicating with dealers and field sales personnel to answer questions on policies and procedures is also an integral component of this position.

Day to Day Ensure timely and accurate execution of accounting activities for assigned dealers in order to maintain a correct and up-to-date administration.Review settlements requiring manual review for compliance according to AGCO published programsReview settlements in AGCO Finance Review to ensure finance contracts/leases are properly matchedReview trade-in detail and values to ensure the traded equipment is qualified and reasonably valued in accordance to published valuations (Iron Solutions)Process approved CM/DM requests submitted through Sales ForceProcess approved ad hoc requests for CM/DM transactionsProcess approved subsidized trade requests and coordinate with appropriate departments within AGCO and DLL to ensure all transactions are complete and correctProcess settlement reversals upon appropriate approval(s). Applicable pay range $48,377.53 - $72,566.29
DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.
