Operations Research and Systems Analyst NAS Fallon, Fallon, NV - Full-time - Not a remote position
Global C2 Integration Technologies is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Operations Research and Systems Analyst (ORSA) experienced and trained in statistical modeling and simulation tools to inform data-driven decisions to provide subject matter input, technical support, and test support on a Joint Test & Evaluation test team.
Responsibilities Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis throughout the test process. Produce clear and concise analysis. Manage copious quantities of data, develop strategies, develop metrics, and provide detailed recommendations to team and Project Manager. Apply advanced analytical and mathematical techniques to solve complex problems and optimize decision-making. Use proven mathematical models and algorithms to assist in decision-making, improve efficiency, and maximize outcomes. Bring an analytical mind to bear in strategy and courses of action (COA) development Develop measures of performance and measures of effectiveness for test assessments. Effectively communicate implications and recommendations to team and Project Manager. Required Qualifications/Experience 3-5 years' experience conducting ORSA responsibilities. Experience developing and applying probability models, statistical inference, simulations, optimization, and economics models to provide quantitative analysis to decision-making. Experience performing analysis of alternatives to determine baseline requirements; conduct gap analysis to achieve government's end-state vision. Ability to work as a constructive member of a team comprised of military, civilian, and contractor personnel. Proficiency with MS Office suite of applications. Sound verbal and written communication skills. Desired Qualifications/Experience Training in the field of Data Science (certification preferred). Eight (8) years DoD experience as a military and/or contractor personnel. Experience with Joint Test & Evaluation processes. Experience developing project and test plans. Eligibility : Must have current Top-Secret Clearance, SCI eligible
