• Facilitate deployment of training programs• Assess program execution and make recommendations for improvement• Provide support and guidance to employees• Conduct training to improve performance• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs• Analyze performance gaps and provide coaching• Assist with vendor relationships• Complete assigned projects and duties
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years related experience or High School Diploma and 6+ years related experience• Direct experience in individual and group training• Experience in beverage industry operations• Proficient in MS Office Suite software• Ability to travel 45-65%• Pass post-offer background and drug test
