Job Description Our Manager Operations role is responsible for overseeing, coordination and management of the multi-state, multiple clinic operations results and workflow. This position reports to VP Operation and works in cohesion with various teams from Clinical, Sales, Marketing, Intake,Operations, and the leadership. In addition, the manager is responsible and helps coordinate care by teaming-up with the clinical resources (Providers and Technicians) for effective patient care delivery, maintaining coding standards, billing quality, revenue cycle management, productivity, and efficiency. You will work and communicate constantly with the Intake and Operations team on a daily basis to ensure insurance documentation, prior approval and benefit management of patients are obtained in a timely manner and the quality documentation is integrated in the EHR system. ESSENTIAL DUTIES OVERVIEW:


• Monitor job performance and productivity of operation staff.


• Maintain fiscal responsibility over the services performed by the Operation team.


• Create and provide reports in collaboration with the VP Operations and/or the leadership team.


• Ensure the services meet or exceed the organizational service care requirements.


• Maintain records and report the performance management results as required.


• Staff training, development, and implementation of procedures; support new service lines and change processes.


• Lead staff communication, resolution, safety standards and compliance management.


• Support to help maintain key partnership and customer standards, service care relationship and communication.


• Other duties as assigned for the success of the position. QUALIFICATIONS:


• Bachelor's degree in health-related field and at least 3 to 5 years year of experience in specialty care or behavioral health in operations management or manager role.


• Knowledge and experience of Commercial insurance, Medicare, Medicaid benefits and plans, fiscal management, supervision, personnel management, employee performance, data collection and reporting.


• Knowledge or experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, MS Office, and Google suites.


• Knowledge of CPT coding, Revenue Codes, Service line reporting and workflow management is helpful. Having a certified coder designation is highly desirable.


• Understanding in a medical practice environment of policies, process, and procedures; able to conduct staff training to support staff development, change and implementations.


• The ability to travel between clinical sites, around 70-80% travel. Job Type: Full-Time


Pay: $70,000-$80,000
