Description Bekish Orthodontics has been serving both children and adults of the Fort Worth community since 2005. We are looking for an Operations Manager with minimum 5 years of experience in managing an ortho team. Our ideal candidate is someone who: Builds relationships of trust between the doctor(s), staff and the company and advocates for the needs of the doctor(s), staff and the company. Assists in planning and preparing work schedules and assigns employees to specific duties. Assists in hiring, training, and evaluating employees in consultation with Human Resources. Provides performance management, including employment separations in consultations with Human Resources. Prepares and reviews operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Recommends cost saving methods to improve efficiency of center. Provides sales and marketing support by conducting various events to present information and education on specialty services to customers and community. Supports Lead Doctors to identify and resolve problems with service to customers. Performs other duties as assigned. Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 7:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Wednesdays 7:30 a.m.-12p.m., Friday -admin day
