The Operations Manager is directly responsible for the administrative functions associated with all operations of an Aveanna branch. Additionally, Operations Manager is responsible for initiating and maintaining compliance with all Federal and State regulations governing Home Health Care Agencies and ensuring compliance with Aveanna's policies and procedures. The Operations Manager is appointed by Area Support Manager, AVP, and/or Area Director, AD. 
Responsibilities of the Operations Manager: Oversees onboarding process  Payroll Processes Staff development including orientation, in-service education, and continuing education  Assure appropriate staff supervision during all service hours. Meets with locations leaders on routing intervals; participates in area meetings. Plan and implement branch improvement opportunities in administrative functions. Thorough review of activity reports and other performance data to measure compliance and goal achievement. Consistently meet reporting deadlines  Branch compliance with federal and state regulations  Ensure hiring processes are followed. Daily payroll utilization  Driving EVV Utilization Driving Electronic documentation (EMR) utilization  Compliance tracking Unemployment claim management  Worker compensation management  Travel between offices as needed  Requirements: High School Diploma College degree preferred  Criminal Background check completed and results within parameters of Aveanna policy.  Valid Driver's License and Acceptable MVR  Preferences: College Degree Preferred 2-3 Years Management Experience Preferred  Healthcare experience a plus  Physical Requirements: Must be able to speak, write, read and understand English  Must be able to travel; company does not provide vehicles or transportation  Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling of 25 pounds  Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Weekly Dashboard update Skilled and Unskilled Admissions by Provider  Discharges by Branch - detail  Admissions/Discharges/Census/Visits/Hours by Branch  Reports for Compliance unsigned visits?(report attached) timesheets (DARs not reviewed)?(report attached) Oasis due  Oasis to review  Oasis to complete  Clinical orders due  POC (485) to review  POC to receive (orders not signed by MD)?(report attached) auth reports - patients exceeding auth  payroll scrub - MAV, revisits, nhnf/refused  ABN tracking and checking for accuracy  Reports and Tasks Hold patients (report attached) active patients with no services  pre admit patients?(report attached) Record requests  Software tickets  password resets  DPH/Auditor requests  Oasis validation reports  Oasis error reports  CAHPS reporting (patient satisfaction reports)  The Operations Manager is directly responsible for the administrative functions associated with all operations of an Aveanna branch.
