- **Location:** Wilsonville, Oregon. This role primarily requires on-site presence during peak seasons, with occasional remote work opportunities during off-peak periods.
- **Schedule:** Full-time, 40 hours per week, with flexibility required for weekend availability.

Our commitment to creating a vibrant and welcoming environment extends to private guided tours, covered spaces for events, and a coffee shop with food trucks on weekends.
**Who You Are:**
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities. They will demonstrate strong leadership skills, fostering teamwork and collaboration, while also exhibiting adept problem-solving skills and adaptability to a dynamic operational environment. Other qualifications include:
- Proven experience in day-to-day operations management in customer service, hospitality, or events.
- Hands-on event management experience, including team supervision and customer interactions.
- Successful track record in recruitment, training, and management of teams.
- Financial acumen, with experience in financial management, sales oversight, and data analysis.
- Enthusiasm for business growth through innovative event concepts and collaborative marketing efforts.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and willingness to learn local regulations related to operations and events.
- Ability to cultivate an inclusive atmosphere and engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, especially during peak seasons and special events.
- Ability to pass pre-employment reference checks and background checks.
