Responsibilities
• Leading a team to deliver top-line sales growth• Managing store operations including realignments, planograms, and inventory lifecycle• Creating helpful and friendly guest experiences through merchandise presentation• Forecasting and adjusting payroll to maximize productivity• Reviewing and reacting to financial and operational reporting• Executing the Guest Engagement Leader program• Performing makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations• Attracting and retaining top talent• Establishing strong vendor partner relationships• Protecting company assets and minimizing loss• Supporting continuous improvement and ensuring adherence to company policies
Requirements
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced retail management or relevant work experience• Bachelor's degree is preferred• Financial management and retail management experience• Leadership and management skills• Proficient with basic technology• Excellent written and verbal communication• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills• Ability to work under pressure and be flexible/adaptable
