Responsibilities
• Developing a high-performing team that delivers top-line sales growth• Leading all aspects of store operations• Creating helpful, friendly, and joyful guest experiences through merchandise presentation• Promoting a culture of accountability• Utilizing task management system to prioritize and execute operational focuses• Maximizing productivity and achieving sales and payroll goals• Reviewing and reacting to financial and operational reporting• Executing the Guest Engagement Leader program• Attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent• Managing supply inventory and ordering processes• Ensuring adherence to all Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and standards• Communicating and providing feedback to field leadership
Requirements
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced retail management experience• Bachelor's degree preferred• Financial management skills• Retail management skills• Leadership management skills• Proficient with basic technology• Excellent written and verbal communication• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills• Strong organizational skills• Ability to react under pressure and be flexible/adaptable
