Viridian Staffing's () Client is looking for an Operations Manager to join a fun and fast-moving cannabis hardware company located in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Founded in 2013, Viridian Staffing is the cannabis industry's original recruiting firm and the leading full-service cannabis staffing agency, providing executive search, HR consulting, & temp staffing, coast-to-coast.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the day-to-day operations of a fun, fast-moving cannabis-hardware company . You will oversee all aspects of the project management team in charge of planning, completing, and delivering a variety of projects. As an experienced leader, you inspire the team through regular progress meetings to review the projects and focus on areas for improvement - providing guidance through coaching and mentoring your teams. Your prior team members would consider you a collaborative leader with a 'can-do' attitude and a 'roll up your sleeves' work ethic, who is dedicated to setting the organization up for success. You are a data driven leader and have proven experience utilizing data to suggest process improvements. With your proven leadership skills, you'll strive for continuous process improvement, better performance and data driven insights.
Your background should be a Bachelor's degree or higher, previous experience working in the tech hardware or related industry, and at least 3+ years of experience working in project management roles. You have strong communication skills and experience leading/motivating teams. You must have excellent analytical skills that afford you the ability to think creatively to address challenges and implement solutions that ensure on-time delivery of products. The ideal candidate will also be able to speak conversational Mandarin and be open to working hours outside of a typical 9-5 schedule.
Pay: $55,000-$60,000
