IntelliSource invites you to join our partners team as the Operations Manager and lead our operations in the Kansas City market. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and account management skills, solid operational experience with a history of progressive responsibility, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Products. Specific Skills: Detail and process orientation Strong written and verbal communication skills Project management experience a plus Strong emotional intelligence and customer service experience Transportation industry experience Strong computer skills / technological aptitude High level of initiative, strong work ethic Ability to connect, understand, diffuse and resolve difficult situations Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Coachable and enjoys learning new things Team Player- gives others the benefit of the doubt Responsibilities: Management of general yard operations Responsible for recruitment, management and retention of driver and dispatch teams Work closely with customer management teams to ensure 100% compliance with customer requirements Prepare and participate in customer QBR's and KPI's Implement customer and driver retention programs Work attentively to ensure 100% compliance with DOT and NTA requirements Assist with driver and safety bonus programs Assist with driver onboarding, scheduling and staffing Required Experience: Previous Management experience - preferable in the transportation industry- at least 3 years 3+ years of direct customer or account management experience Familiar with DOT regulations FMSCA regulations and safety practices Exceptional communication, organization and listening skills Ability to multitask Fast learner and self starter Computer proficient Strong organizational ability Ability to remain professional under pressure ABOUT INTELLISOURCE:
