Responsibilities
• Developing a high-performing team and driving sales growth through operational excellence• Leading and managing all aspects of store operations including realignments, planograms, and inventory processes• Creating helpful and friendly guest experiences through merchandise presentation and availability• Promoting accountability to meet store goals related to sales, guest loyalty, and payroll• Utilizing task management system to prioritize and execute operational tasks• Managing payroll to maximize productivity and achieve goals• Analyzing financial and operational reports• Coaching and leading a helpful and friendly guest experience• Attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent• Establishing strong vendor partner relationships• Managing supply inventory and ordering processes• Protecting company assets and minimizing loss• Supporting continuous improvement and implementing company initiatives• Adhering to all company policies and standards• Communicating and providing feedback to field leadership
Requirements
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced retail management or relevant work experience• Bachelor's degree preferred• Success in financial management and driving top-line sales• Proven ability in retail management and achieving operational excellence• Experience in leadership management and attracting, developing, and motivating talent• Proficient with basic technology and strong communication skills• Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and organizational skills• Ability to react under pressure, use good judgment, and be flexible
