We are a California based company that develops and manufactures Asian and Fusion cooking sauces for foodservice chefs across the nation. We have been in the food industry for over 40 years and our customers include: foodservice distributors, foodservice providers, universities and colleges, hospitals, casinos, hotels, supermarkets, restaurants, and meal-kit or prepared meal providers. helping chefs reduce labor, ingredient inventory and waste.

Job Description: OPERATIONS MANAGER
We are seeking a full-time Operations Manager who is a highly motivated self-starter who can efficiently manage and complete the daily orders, maintain adequate inventory volume, plan and order production based on sales projections, schedule and follow-through with shipping and logistics and maintain bookkeeping. This position may be performed remotely after a period of training.

Duties and responsibilities include managing the daily operations of:

Processing Purchase Orders
Online portal
Emailed or phone orders
Shopify store
Amazon store

Shipping Orders and Shipping Logistics - managing both inbound and outbound
Working closely with our 3

rd
party Warehouse
Working closely with 3

rd
party Logistics Broker (3PL)
Knowledge and application of FedEx, UPS and USPS shipping modalities

Planning and Ordering Production Orders

based on sales projections and timeline
Working closely with Co-Packers
Managing Daily Inventory

Bookkeeping and Quickbooks Online
Processing invoices, payments and ACH payments on Quickbooks Online
Monitoring daily cash flow and maintaining account reconciliation
Processing vendor bills, including online direct payments
Processing payroll through Quickbooks Online

Qualifications
Proven experience in office management or a similar role
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong communication skills both verbally and written
Attention to detail with critical thinking and strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Performs well at a small, entrepreneurial organization
Knowledge and application of basic accounting skills
High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Software and Online Proficiency
Quickbooks Online or other accounting software
Microsoft Office 365 and OneDrive (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Google Docs, Google Sheets, Gmail and Google Drive
SKYPE
ZOOM
Dropbox

Pay Range
Base salary: $50,000 to $65,000
