Job Description:
SanDisk, a leading technology company specializing in flash memory products, is seeking a part-time Operations Manager to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As a mid-to-senior level position with a minimum of 7 years of experience, the Operations Manager will play a key role in overseeing and optimizing our day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve processes and drive business growth- Analyze and optimize supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics to minimize costs and maximize efficiency- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication within the organization- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement- Lead and mentor a team of operational staff to achieve departmental goals and objectives- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards to maintain a safe and secure working environment- Identify opportunities for innovation and recommend strategic initiatives to drive continuous improvement
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in a technology or manufacturing environment- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making- Proficiency in project management tools and software- Independent and resilient personality traits with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences- Demonstrated innovation and creativity in problem-solving and process improvement
