The Operations Manager at Conway Cycle Shop is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the motorcycle, ATV and SxS repair business.
Duties: Managing repair and maintenance services Serving as a repair lead technician Coordinating with suppliers for parts and equipment, ensuring efficient workflow Maintaining high customer satisfaction Job Requirements:  Strong background in motorcycle and/or ATV repair and maintenance.  Industry certification(s).  Experience in leadership, team management and development.  Deep understanding of the powersports services, particularly ATV and/or motorcycles.  Excellent organizational and leadership skills.  Proficiency in computers.  Self-directed and self-motivated.  High-craftsmanship and attention to detail.  High level of integrity.  Resourceful and dependable.  References required.  Competitive base pay and opportunities for profit sharing.
