• Promoting a culture of accountability• Utilizing task management system to ensure execution of operational focuses• Forecasting and adjusting payroll to maximize productivity• Reviewing and reacting to financial and operational reporting• Executing the Guest Engagement Leader program• Performing makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations• Attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent• Creating an inclusive environment and supporting professional development• Establishing strong vendor partner relationships• Managing supply inventory and ordering processes
Requirements
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced retail management or relevant work experience• Bachelor's degree preferred• Financial management and retail management experience• Leadership management and collaboration skills• Proficient with basic technology and excellent communication skills
