Operations Manager

Operations Manager needed for a fast growing home care company in Los

Angeles. We are looking for a responsible, motivated, and experienced individual

who will oversee all daily operations and contribute to the success of our company.

The Operations Manager is responsible for leading, directing, and motivating

his/her team to provide exceptional services to all clients and developing business

to business relationships to initiate client referrals. Please send us your resume if

Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and manage all daily activities relating to client services.

Monitor business activities to ensure compliance with contractual

agreements.

Develop and maintain contacts with healthcare professionals and

organizations

Assess business potential, competitor activity, sales coverage, and internal

sales strategy to determine and implement appropriate sales strategy.

Communicate professionally in person, in writing, and by telephone or e-

mail with people inside and outside of the organization; positively represent

the organization and the marketing department

Provide support in the area of marketing strategy and management.

Ensure delivery of quality care to clients, enhancement of business

development, and continuous improvement of agency efficiency and fiscal

success.

Responsible for hiring and managing all aspects of care givers

Speak with potential clients about pricing for the care provided

Operations Manager skills and experience:

At least 3 years experience working in home care

Knowledge and experience in home care industry

Strong staff management and project management skills

Excellent communication skills

Strong time management kills

Ability to coordinate current projects, be pro-active in planning future needs

and establish time frames for completion

Job Type: Full-time
