Responsibilities
• Leading merchandise flow processes• Providing coaching and training for stockroom associates• Processing shipping and receiving orders• Replenishing product as needed• Maintaining a clean and organized stock room• Coordinating product pricing and markdowns• Assisting customers with check-out• Assisting Sales Associates during onboarding and training• Assisting with product launches• Assisting customers with locating product and online orders
Requirements
• High School or Equivalent education• 0-2 years relevant job experience• Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers)• Strong customer service and communication skills• Demonstrated collaborative skills• Ability to multitask and handle multiple customers/processes• Availability for nights, weekends, and non-business hours
