Operations Director

The Ogden YMCA, located in Neenah, Wisconsin, is hiring an Operations Director. In this dynamic position, you'll be responsible for multiple program areas, including Membership, Health & Fitness, Wellness and Kids Corner. As the Operations Director, work closely and receive leadership support from the District Executive, who oversees both Neenah-Menasha & Ogden YMCA branches. This position has leadership responsibility for all membership operations and staff as well as supporting the coordinators of Health & Fitness, Wellness, and Kids Corner. The Operations Director will also work in partnership with the Tennis Center Director at the branch.The Operations Director will be a 'Go To' leader at the Ogden branch. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys multi-faceted roles and who has a strong desire to serve members and staff. Apply your skills to program growth, staff development and relationship building. Foster strong relationships with members, staff, and volunteers. As a leader at our Ogden branch, one of the main components of this position will be to ensure members & employees are taken care of, boosting members satisfaction & employee retention. In addition to working with one of the best teams and facilities in the Valley, the role also involves recruiting, training, and supervising staff to ensure everyone has the tools needed to succeed.This is a full-time exempt position, located at our Ogden (Neenah) YMCA.
