Customer Experience Specialist As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be expected to provide excellent customer service by ensuring that customer's inquiries via phone/email are answered in an appropriate, professional and timely manner. Responsibilities also include processing payments made by phone, updating and maintaining customer accounts and providing appropriate information to vendors.
Our Customer Contact Center is open 8:00 am-8:00 pm EST M-F with potential for Saturday hours. Shift flexibility will be required at times to ensure Contact Center hours are covered. Please note this role is primarily an in person position, requiring regular attendance in our Duluth, GA office.

Day to Day Answer incoming customer calls, dealership calls and assigned correspondence/tasks to provide support and responses in a professional and customer centered mannerProcess requests for retail documentation, retail pay-off requests, payment requests, fee waiver requests, and address changesPerform account audits and reconciliation (as needed/required)Provide customer and dealer support for our online customer portalProcess insurance cancellation requests and payments by phoneDirect debit ACH Account Maintenance Processes and maintenance journal requestsAdjust grace periods, add purchase order numbers, and adjust due datesProcess outside vendor requestsComplete credit reference requestsProcess retail assignment requests and tax requests, as appropriateAdhere to compliance and regulation-based processes and guidelines while still maintaining a customer focused approachAll members enjoy Two working days per year volunteering for a local charity.Health and Wellness program including healthy food, free health checks, fun health & vitality activities.Flexible hours with possibility to work from homeCareer development opportunities: online learning, member development programs.Check this link to an overview of all benefits in your region. Applicable Pay Range $43,182.86 to $64,774.28
DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.
This position is subject to the terms of DLL's compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
