Operations Coordinator

Job summary
The Operations Coordinator supports the Venue Operations team in all venues.Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities
• Become a skilled user of Momentus scheduling software.• Provide scheduling assistance in Trust performance venues.• Request checks, wire transfers, and prepare invoices.• Serve as a liaison to service vendors.• Manage reporting and data analysis using Excel.• Assist with backup coverage for shows and events.• Collaborate with Vice President of Venue Operations and facilities personnel.• Work closely with special events staff members.• Prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
Requirements
• Associate or bachelor's degree in operations management, events management, business administration, or a related field preferred.• 1-2 years' experience in operations, events, facilities management, or a related field preferred.• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.• Excellent oral and written communication skills.• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
