Operations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and resilient Operations Associate to join our team at Becton Dickinson, a leading medical technology company. This is a full-time remote work position based in San Jose, California. As an Associate Level Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our processes.

Responsibilities:- Assist in the coordination and execution of operational activities including supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of projects- Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making and optimize operations- Monitor key performance indicators and recommend improvements to drive efficiency and productivity- Support the implementation of new initiatives and processes to enhance operations- Provide administrative support as needed

Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or a related field- Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Passion for continuous learning and growth- Resilient attitude towards challenges and ability to adapt to changing environments
