Job Description:
NRG Energy is seeking a motivated and energetic Operations Associate to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a full-time, remote work position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will possess a resilient attitude, creativity, and strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:- Support day-to-day operations, including order processing, inventory management, and customer inquiries- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services- Analyze data and provide insights to improve operational efficiency- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements- Handle customer escalations and provide timely resolution- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all operational activities
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field- 2+ years of experience in operations or a similar role- Energetic and resilient personality traits- Strong problem-solving and creativity skills- Excellent communication and organizational abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment
