Operations Associate, Receiving (Temp-to-Hire)

Since our founding in 1986, we have graded and authenticated millions of items. We employ more than 1,700 people across our headquarters in Santa Ana and offices in Jersey City, Seattle, Hong Kong, Paris, Shanghai, and Tokyo. 
We’re looking for aReceiverto join ourReceivingteam to receive, separate, and open mail daily. This role is based out of our new Jersey City facility.
What You’ll Do:
Open, separate,and itemize department’s mail by service type.
Match, count, and check items.
Verify service type with payment and verify its eligibility.
Enter items and print stickers.
Contact Customers to resolve Problem Orders
Work with Sales Department for orders that have special deals and/or pricing.

Who You Are:
You have strong written and verbal communication skills
Youhave the ability towork in a team environment
You can prioritize all tasks and work in a fast-paced work environment
You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office,e.g.Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Google programs

Hourly Rate: The reasonable estimated hourly rate for this position is $17. Actual compensation varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience and skill set.
