Operations Associate

Job Description:

Prudential Financial is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Operations Associate to join our team in San Francisco, California. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:- Assist with day-to-day operations including data entry, filing, and documentation- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed- Support the team in achieving operational goals and objectives

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred- 3+ years of experience in operations or a related field- Hardworking and resourceful individual with excellent time management skills- Strong critical thinking and planning skills- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
