Operations Associate

A financial services company in San Francisco is looking to fill an immediate need with the addition of a new Operations Associate to their growing team.

***This is a fully onsite opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite 5 days a week***

Responsibilities:

The Operations Associate will:
Client Onboarding
Trade Processing
Trade Reconciliation
Trade Settlement
Trade Reporting
Soft Dollar Reconciliation
Options and Special Trading Client invoicing and collection
System Data Maintenance
Real-Time Requests
Qualifications:
Capability to prioritize and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized individual with attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills
Ability to balance tactical and strategic thinking
Proactive, self-motivated individual with high levels of ownership, and driven to achieve
Must be able to take direction and multitask during the trading day
Bachelor's Degree
Knowledge of Fidessa, Bloomberg and third party clearing a plus but not required
1-2 years of relevant experience is helpful but not required
Desired Skills:
Series 99 Licensure
Microsoft Excel expertise
